How to use the tool

The command cleaner.exe /pc {GUID value} must only be executed after the
command cleaner.exe /uc {B9518725-0B76-4793-A409-C6794442FB50}.

1. Download and unpack cleaner.zip.


2. Open the command line with administrator’s rights.
3. Run the command:

"<path to cleaner.exe>\cleaner.exe" /uc {B9518725-0B76-4793-A409-C6794442FB50}

4. Run the command wit the necessary GUID value. The GUID depends on the Network
Agent interface language. For the list of GUID values, see below.

"<path to cleaner.exe>\cleaner.exe" /pc {GUID value}


Information about installation of Network Agent will be removed.

Troubleshooting
The tool’s trace files are created in the system folder %windir%/Temp and have a name in the
format ak_cleaner-YYYY-MM-DD-HH-MM-SS.log and $klcleaner-YYYY-MM-DD-HH-MM-SS.log.

For the interface in English:
