Purpose Statement
Software Quality Assurance Supervisor provides quality assurance by reviewing processes.
Analyze, design and come up with performance test strategies to ensure product quality.
Key Result Area: Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Quality Assurance ● Enhance testing capabilities guided by
standard best practices, policies and
procedures
● Design, track and disseminate metrics to
monitor software quality
● Update of existing user manuals to
support the operational need of
Operations Center
B. Communication and Collaboration ● Collaborate with the team to develop
effective strategies and processes.
● Direct reporting to OpCen Manager
status of QA assignments.
● Reporting progress and status of
assigned tasks/activities.
● Ability to focus on deadlines and
deliverables.
C. Progress Monitoring and Reporting ● Communicate at all levels, handle
multiple projects, and work on business
critical solutions
● Oversee defects to progress on time and
stick to defect tracking standards
● Offer accurate status on defect
information and metrics
D. Proactivity ● Continually look for opportunities to
improve quality assurance processes.

Qualifications/Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Architecture,
or any related program
Personal Qualities and Skills: Work Experience:
● Must know the major computer coding ● Must have at least three (3) years
languages, html, JavaScript and C++ supervisory experience in relation to SQA
● Must understand the architecture and
● Must be able to communicate clearly the
design of computer programs
● Must be an analytical thinker parameters of the test and programs'

● Must have strong verbal and written
communication skills ● Must have certification in the major software
