Welcome and Self Introduction​:


Good Morning/ Afternoon / Evening and welcome to this yoga session offered
to support you during these challenging times. My name is ______ and I am a
(mention profession – software engineer, banker, housewife, student, teacher,
....) and am currently working with ______.

Today I am here to offer you a simple set of practices designed by Sadhguru


which can increase your oxygen levels and boost your immunity.

How to be during the session:

Before we start there are a few things we can take care of so that we
experience this session in the best way possible.

Please dedicate the next ___ minutes exclusively for this session.

It would be best to use headphones and a laptop to join the session. If


you are joining through your phone, please keep your cell phone in “do
not disturb” mode.

Please ensure there are no interruptions, like getting up in between, using


the restroom, taking calls or checking messages. ☺ 

Ensure you are in a quiet and private place free from any disturbances.  

Please take a moment now to set the right ambience for yourself.

Now Sadhguru will guide us through a powerful practice to increase the


oxygen levels in our body.

Please incorporate this practice in your daily life. It will help to keep your
oxygen levels up which is very important during these times.

Now, Sadhguru will guide us through Simha Kriya, a simple practice which will
help to boost your immunity levels.

your eyes closed as you do the practice.

Online Support:

We hope that you enjoyed the session today. These practices are available on
the Sadhguru App and on Youtube. When you do them on your own, you can
watch the videos for the first few times till you get comfortable with the
instructions. After that, it would be best to do it on your own.

We will be posting a link to some commonly asked questions about the practice
in the chat window at the end of the session.

Apart from doing these practices, you can consume neem, turmeric, kashayam,
amla etc. that will help boost your immunity. We will also be posting a detailed
list of immunity boosting tips that you can make use of at the end of the
session.
