Error Log Export via FTP Client Software

1. Open the software (FileZilla in this example).


2. Create a new site. The host is the IP address of the controller. Use the logon information
username: maintenance password: spec_cal

3. Make sure any proxies are bypassed and the correct remote directory is selected (you want the
“/log” directory.

4. Attempt to connect to the controller. The [Link] file will be available for you to download.
