protective clothing, safety glasses and face shield.
1 PREE WASHING
Caution :
Install plug at the all hole of engine
Protect all wiring harness connector
~ Drain oil & all fluids
~ Remove pan and check for dents and cracks.
~ Check drain plug for pulled threads
~ Check strainer suction tube condition
2 OIL PAN AND STRAINER
~ Check screen for damage.
!!! Set the engine on disassy stand carefuly.
~ Remove air compressor tubes and inspect for
damage.
AIR COMPRESSOR LINES
3 ~ Remove fuel lines & inspect for damage
AND FUEL LINES
~ Remove alternator
~ Remove starting motor
STARTING MOTOR !!! Be Carrefully when release automatic belt

ALTERNATOR tention spring
SEND TO SUB ASSY 3
~ Remove EDC
~ Remove wiring harness assembly with plate
5 WIRING HARNESS AND EDC
SEND TO SUB ASSY 3
~ Remove tube lubricating inlet & outlet
turbocharger
6 TURBOCHARGER
SEND TO SUB ASSY 3
~ Remove air compressor
7 AIR COMPRESSOR
SEND TO SUB ASSY 3
~ Remove fuel filter
!!! Check condition of fuel filter
FUEL FILTER AND FUEL

~ Remove exhaust manifold

~ Loosen rocker arm adjusting screw for release
spring pressure
~ Remove rocker arm

~ Remove rocker arm housing
!!! Check condition of rocker arm housing

~ Remove cylinder head
!!! Loosen mounting bolt with crossing methode
14 CYLINDER HEAD
SEND TO SUB ASSY 1
~ Remove fly wheel
!!! Check condition of fly wheel surface , gear
and thread.
