Greetings!

Cabid-an Elementary School is now on the preparatory stage for the SBM Division
Assessment/Validation. There are indicators and documents in the SBM checklist which are still
unfamiliar to teachers not to mention the best practices of the said school along SBM
implementation. In line with this, may I respectfully request that we granted to conduct a half
day benchmarking activity at Guinlajon Elementary School on May 8, 2021. Only 5 teachers
(the leader of each SBM Principle) will undergo the said activity to minimize face to face
interaction of personnel and rest assured that the IATF protocols will be strictly observed in this
activity. The schools concerned school will also be notified of this prior to the scheduled activity.
I am looking forward for your favorable action regarding this request. Thank you!
