READING AND APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS SESSION:
The reading of the minutes of the 24th Regular Session was dispensed with upon motion of Hon. Nelo T. Fediles
as the latter explained that everyone has a copy and it takes time to read it being a lengthy manuscript duly seconded by
Hon. Romeo P. Agusin, at this instance, it was approved by the body motion of Hon. Juvy P. Soliva duly seconded by
Hon. Nelo T. Fediles.
PROPOSED ORDINANCES:
PROPOSED RESOLUTION:
1. A Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of Business Permit/License to any Interested Owners, Operators, Lessees and
Incorporators of Cockpit to Operate Cockfighting Activities within the Jurisdiction of Remedios T. Romualdez,
Agusan del Norte.
2. A Resolution Earnestly Requesting the Honorable Senator Juan Miguel “Migz” F. Zubiri for Generous Funding
Allocation in the Amount of Three Million Pesos (₱3,000,000.00) for the Renovation and Improvement of Barangay
Hall of Barangay Poblacion 1, this Municipality.
3. A Resolution Authorizing the Honorable Mayor Richard P. Daquipil to enter into and sign a Contract Agreement with
Reyrose Construction and Supply Devt. Corp., represented herein by its Proprietor/Manager Engr. Fernando D.
Galaroaza, being the Winning Bidder for the Proposed Repair/ Renovation of Tagbongabong Barangay Health Station
BHS/Birthing Facility, Remedios T. Romualdez, Agusan Del Norte.
OTHER COMMUNICATIONS:
- A communication letter from LCE, re: to pass an Ordinance Adopting and/or Declaring Our Waterfalls and Other Water
Bodies as Government Owned which are Potential for Tourism Development in our Municipality, in accordance with
Presidential Decree No. 1067, series of 1976, stating that, “All waters belongs to the state” and “The utilization,
exploitation, development and conservation and protection of water resources shall be subject to the control and regulation
of the government.”
- A communication letter from DILG, re: DILG Memo. Circular No. 2020-010, Women 2020 Entrepreneurship Summit.
- Brgy. Ordinance No. 09-2020, “Ang Ordinance Nga mag Ticket ug Fifty Pesos (₱ 50.00) sa mga Truck Nga Muagi diha sa
Purok 08 ug Purok 05 Farm to Market Road, Barangay Balangbalang, Remedios T. Romualdez, Agusan del Norte.”
- Brgy. Ordinance No. 08-2019, “An Ordinance under DILG MC 2019-121 to Provide Guidelines in the Guidelines in the
Implementation of the Presidential Directive to Reclaim Public Roads which are Being used for Private Ends and in the
Process, Get Rid of All Structures and Constructions and Rehabilitees All Recovered Roads by Placing Street Names, Street
Lights among Others.”
- Brgy. Ordinance No. 10-2020, “Ang Ordinansa nga Magamando sa Tanang Mamalitay ug Hayop sama sa Kalabaw, Baka,
Kanding, Kabayo, Baboy, Manok, Pato ug uban pa nga Magkuha ug Barangay Certification (₱ 75.00) ISIP Certification sa
mga Hayop nga Ilang Gipamalit.”
