RESUME
SELF-IMAGE AND UNCONSCIOUSNESS.
Our conscious behavior and subconscious programs intertwine with our self-concept. For
example, when we feel sad, we tend to blame ourselves. This can be a junk food party,
accident, illness, alcohol or drug addiction, reluctance to eat, and so on. This is not always
done consciously.
Our treatment of ourselves immediately reflects how much we like ourselves. There is even
evidence that the person who has an accident often feels less pleased with himself, and that
the accident is partly a subconscious punishment. What is very important for us is to
mobilize all our energy to always think positively.
This will ensure you become a person who is always happy. A bad self-image says, "I am
not worthy." This will lead someone to unconsciously damage his own happiness.
Whenever there is an interesting opportunity, such as the opportunity to take a vacation or
the opportunity to learn new skills, that person, consciously or not, looks for reasons not to
use it.
IMAGINE LIKE YOU HAVE GOT WHAT YOU WANT.
You think! Use your mind like all people who are successful and happy to use theirs.
composers, smart people, great artists, inventors and sportsmen use their minds. Embed
your goals into your subconscious as if they had been achieved. For example, if you want to
be a confident person, always imagine yourself filled with overwhelming confidence in
your creative imagination.
Imagine that you reach that goal and your subconscious mind can also present your ideal
outcome. Use it like the people If you want to prosper, use the same principle, always
drawing the ideal end result. Tell yourself that you have enjoyed the success and prosperity
you desire, so your subconscious mind will do it for you.
This principle functions continuously and inevitably. Some people spend their time
demanding logical explanations and trying to find out how they work while their neighbors
are using these thought laws to be healthy, prosperous, and rich. 'If that method really
works, use it.
WE MAKE WHAT WE FEAR AND LIKE REAL
Because the things that we like most and we fear always fill our minds, we will tend to
attract them all. Have you ever polluted a new set of clothes the first time you wear them?
When you think, "I don't want to pollute this nice shirt," the tip of your pen leaks so that it
stains your pocket.
There was a woman who had five accidents in seven years. Finally he realizes that he

anything. Our minds can only move towards something.

handed! No doubt, your biggest fear really happened.
TAKE A BREAK.
Nature rests from time to time. Soil needs rest, bears and snakes sleep long during the
winter: they even sleep with their eyes wide open. We need to pause: rest, revisit, reflect on
life. If you consider yourself always needed and have to work hard and hard, then you can
live like that. The belief that you can't rest is your reality until you think something else. we
make rest a part of our lives, like land, we will be far more productive when working again.
'Rest is created as a necessity, not a goal!
LIVING AT NOW
Time doesn't really exist, except as an abstract concept in your mind. Now is the only time
you have. Do something meaningful now! Mark Twain once said that he had experienced
various bitterness in his life, some of which really happened! Isn't that right? When facing a
problem, we tend to regret ourselves, reflecting on what will happen. But if we look at the
present, which is the only thing we have, there is absolutely no complicated problem! Live
now!
TRAINING IN IMAGINATION
In your imagination, you need to practice without mistakes. From here we also learn that if
we constantly imagine results we don't want, we will get them! Many people live their lives
in this way — thinking about something they really follow and wondering why they always
experience it!
From now on, make it a habit to improve your abilities through your imagination. Whether
you are going to teach, entering a room full of people you don't know, making difficult
telephone connections, or riding windsurfing for the first time take a moment to do it
perfectly in your mind. People do it - follow their footsteps.
YOUR WORDS AND THOUGHT BECOME REAL
What you say is what you get. Not only our thoughts, but the words we say also affect our
surroundings. Our words build our attitude and determine what we will attract and
experience. If we really want to be happy, we should be careful about what we say. We
should express positive things about ourselves and avoid self-deprecating actions. This does
not mean we pretend to be perfect human beings, but this is part of the realization that you
cannot like yourself by complaining about yourself, your work, your friends, and your
family.
BUKAN TUJUANNYA YANG PENTING, TAPI PERJALANANNYA
The most important thing is not achieving the goal but how far our development is on the
way to achieving that goal. Someone might say, "I spent six years at the University just to
get this diploma!" He did not realize that during this time he had also met many people,
learned a lot about himself, and had many experiences that he would not have gotten if he
had not studied there. Not a piece of paper is important, but the experience he gained in the
journey to reach the paper.
If you say you decide to walk across Europe or have a Ferrari sports car or start your own
business, the most important thing is not the activity of walking or car or business, but you
must be a human with certain characters to achieve your goals. In achieving a goal, you
may cultivate courage and determination, refine the power of convincing others, learn about
personal discipline, increase stamina, strengthen self-confidence, meet a mate, or learn to
sign a check!
What you get when you reach a certain goal is not so important. The real question is, "What
will you be?" when we set goals, we must remember how things work on this planet.
Nothing moves in a straight line. Nothing is achieved without setbacks. When the wave

TAKES TIME
Nature always takes time. Large and sturdy oaks do not grow overnight. He loses a lot of
leaves, branches, and woody skin in the process of becoming large: Diamonds are also not
formed in a week. Everything that is valuable, beautiful, and noble in the universe takes
time to be so. So is our growth and development. Let's see how things work, and be more
gentle with yourself when assessing our progress. Building confidence, a healthy body, or a
positive appearance takes time. Building a business that is successful or makes ourselves
independent in financial matters takes time. In the real world, very little success is achieved
overnight.
CYCLE
As sure as the earth revolves around the sun and winter following spring, our lives move in
cycles. So there are always easy times and difficult times, just as the seasons go on and on.
One of the biggest challenges in life is to face challenges that will indeed come. However,
after that we should remember, there will be a rotation of the wheel where convenience will
come.
