SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Mikhail P. Aquino, of legal age, single, Filipino, and with residence and postal
address at BLK 207 LOT 10 Miracle St. Bahay Pare Meycauayan, Bulacan, 3020, do
hereby appoint Luz P. Aquino, likewise of legal age, Filipino, and with the same
residence and postal address as aforementioned as my true and lawful attorney (Attorney-
in-Fact) to act for and in my name and stead and to perform the following acts in
connection with the LEASE of my real property situated at 10 Corinthian St. Brgy. Perez
Meycauayan, Bulacan:

 To execute and deliver on my behalf agreement and/or contract necessary for the
leasing the whole or any part of the said property;

 To lease the said property on such terms and condition as stated in an executed
agreement/contract of lease;

 To collect and receive on my behalf deposit amount as may be stated in an


executed agreement/contract of lease;

 To cancel, terminate or rescind the agreement/contract of lease on the ground of


LESSEE’s or its representative’s violation of any provision in the
agreement/contract of lease as stated therein;

 To enforce the terms and conditions as stated under the agreement/contract of


lease as my attorney-in-fact may deem fit and necessary;

 To sign, seal, execute and deliver any document or instrument necessary in


carrying out into effect the power and authority herein granted;

HEREBY GRANTING AND GIVING unto my said Attorney-in-fact full power


and authority to do and perform any and all other acts and things necessary or proper to
be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said
attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done in my behalf by virtue of these
presents.

January 2021 at MEYCAUAYAN CITY, Philippines.
