I am Charlen Joyce L. Cariño 17 0years of age, single, and a resident of Barangay 06 Poblacion, Pambujan, Northern
Samar. I am a fresh graduate with a degree, Bachelor of Science in Community Development from the College of
Arts and Communication, University of Eastern Philippines.

Our academic program is entitled and is being offered to bring up changes and development to a particular
community. With a span of four-years of earning the said degree, I have fully practiced my profession and is being
exposed to various community organizing and the like such as the Participatory, Capacity, Vulnerability and
Assessment (PCVA) focusing in different interior barangays in the Municipality of Mondragon; Community-Based
Disaster Risk Reduction Management (CBDRRM) which was conducted in selected barangays in the Municipality
of Catarman and Disaster Risk Assessment at Barangay UEP Zone III, Catarman, Northern Samar previously.

With this, I would like to inform your office that I wished to apply for the position as Enumerator of this institutions
as I may be qualified for.
