HEADER AND FOOTER
A header appears at the top of the page.
Footer at the bottom of the page after margin of each page.
These are the additional information that appears in dim font on every page of the
document.
such as your name, topic, date, time etc.
PROCEDURE for MS WORD
Open Insert tab
click Header & Footer. IN HEADER AND FOOTER SECTION.
Select the header or footer. and select the format by which you want to
display.
text is enabled for header at the top of page and at the bottom for footer.
write the information you want to add.
press enter.
header or footer is applied on every page of the document.

Footnotes are ways to add clarifying information into a document or
adding additional information.
They provide important details with which the reader may be unfamiliar.
for example: author's name, title, publication information, date , and
page number etc.

a. What are the types of animations in power point?
Animations in PowerPoint are divided into four categories .
These are explained below:
Entrance
Entrance animations are used to introduce a slide object within a slide.
it is used to enter the slide in a slide show at the front of the user.

Emphasis
Emphasis animations are used to animate slide objects that are already
present on a slide. it used for objects that comes in front at the run time.
Exit
Exit animations are used to animate slide objects off a slide. it is used
when the user has to appear next slide on the screen so the way of
motion to exit the screen for a slide is exit animation.
Motion Paths
Motion Paths animations are similar to Emphasis animations since they
are typically used to move slide objects already on a slide but they can
also act as Entrance and Exit animations.
b. Milk can be purchased according to the given price per liters. Write IF statements to
calculate the cost of the total liters of milk purchased.
