Day 3
Observation
Total hour = 7 hours

Today, I have learned math teacher manage students well since the beginning of class
by disciplines. Teacher gives them break time before starting class so it won’t disturb during
teaching. This math teacher also can capture which students turn or open another page of
computer screen by looking the reflective light from screen. All students literally are followed
the rule and listen to teacher’s teaching.
In Chinese class, students are using new platform called zoom. In the new platform,
teacher can’t follow students’ function. Students are playing and seeking app setting rather
than listen to teacher’s teaching. Teacher also still learning how to control and manage the app
for students. The new app is fascinated and interesting to them. They love to play it then less
concentration in learning. Sometimes, students just make fun about their respond to teacher
when teacher ask them to answer the answer such as Chinese ascent. They responded to
teacher with laughing, and some students are playing with another window. Some students
have problem with their own family problem like not satisfied with their parents or sibling
which result to learning online condition like they turn off audio or screen during the class. In
this area, teacher cannot control and manage in their family affair to learning. So, to improve
students online learning, teacher and parents need to work hand by hand to improve their
children in online learning.
