Question:
Analyze the given cluster which elaborates the benefits of using MS Teams.
Illustrate your ideas by composing a paragraph on each of the benefits as you
see in the circles. Use your own words. Be creative and relevant.
Clustering in writing is a form of pre-writing that helps a writer to pursue a large number of ideas
at the same time. Clustering, like brainstorming or free associating, helps a writer to start writing
without having any specific ideas. Clustering or mapping will help you become more conscious of
different perspectives on a subject. The two steps of brainstorming (recording proposals and then
arranging them) are combined in a cluster or diagram. It also allows you to see at a glance which
facets of the subject you have the most to say, which aids us in deciding how to narrow down a
large topic for writing. Clustering does not replace a typical linear outline, but it does encourage
the writer to experiment with different concepts. For example, the given cluster shows us the
benefits of using MS teams in a smart way through the clustering technique, the benefits are
explained in paragraphs below:
Online video calls:
One of the features and benefits of MS Teams is that it can be used by more than two people to
make phone calls, and it can support up to 300 people on a single video call. People from all over
the world will enter, communicate, and see each other, regardless of where they are on the planet;
all they need is a decent internet connection and a phone or device. Videocalls may be used for a
variety of uses, including videocalls with family and friends, company, and school.
Recorded videos:
Using this feature, we can capture lecture videos or some other kind of informative, instructional,
or entertainment videos on MS teams. The virtual classroom's live lecture can also be filmed and
saved to any location on the computer. Teachers can conveniently document and submit their
lectures to their students using this function. Videos or presentations related to businesses may
also be filmed.
Virtual classrooms:
We can also use MS Teams to build interactive classes and bring together all of the students in one
location. It enables the teacher to exchange tasks and homework, as well as administer tests. At
any given time, up to 300 students may be assigned to the same classroom. Lectures may also be
conducted, with the host teacher having discretion over whether or not students are allowed to
attend and whether or not microphones are muted or unmuted.
Online meetings:
This is a feature of Microsoft Teams that helps users to have online meetings. It has several
advantages. A conference will have up to 300 members in it at once, and it has other advantages
and opportunities including screen sharing and presenting presentations to meeting attendees. Both
of the settings function flawlessly, and the meeting host has several controls, such as the ability to
exclude members from the meeting or to silence any member at any moment.
