Cornerstone – Self Registration

Welcome to Bankers! We are so happy you chose to launch your career with us. Please read the following information
carefully. Follow the below steps in order to self-register for the Cornerstone Learning Portal.

Step 1
Access the self-registration page here: https://cnoinc.csod.com/selfreg/register.aspx?c=precon_2016

1 To successfully register, fill in all of the fields on this page. All fields are required, as indicated by the asterisks.

Office: Mesa BSO #5079

Company: Mesa BSO #5079

Approver: Mesa BSO #5079

Manager: Mesa BSO #5079

In the Office, Company, Approver, and Manager fields, click the arrow to display a search box. Enter in
your appropriate ID information to find and select the relevant information.
For the Company field, select Bankers Life.

Personal Cell Phone: Enter the same number on your no more forms application in
Resident Phone number field; if this number matches your courses will transfer to
your newly contracted record, automatically.

Note: Your Managers and/or Administrators must approve entry into the new system.
Once registration is approved, you will receive an email notice.

Once all fields have been completed, click the “Submit” button on the bottom of the page. A page noting
2 the completion of the registration will appear. Thank you for choosing Bankers Life.
