Software Product: Zameen property portal website and mobile appilication

Description: Zameen is a online website which allows the user to sell and purchase
any property, houses, plot, flat etc, which are in Pakistan. Furthermore it allows the
user to check the current prices of the given houses, plot, flat etc.

Reason for Choosing: The website which I selected gives the user the option to
choose whichever property, houses or flat to purchase according to the user budget,
also there is the option to sell the property according to the user prices. The main
point is that there is no fraud in such houses plot or property etc which are
available in zameen.com.

Testable Requirements in ISO 9126 Quality Factors:

Functionality:

1. Account security…..The user shell has the option to view the property
rates in other platforms which the user has the accounts like facebook,
youtube.
2. Property that user wants to buy and sell shell be advertise on the TV.
This shell allows the user to sell or purchase the property quickly.
Reliability:

1. While checking the property rates if the website crashes it will give
error like website has crashed, working for maintenance visit later.
2. Their shall be some options to recover password if the user has
forgotten password. The recoveries options will be for example
enter mobile number to verify account.

Usability:

1. It shall be easy to understand, it shall perform all action on the


webpage within less than 1 second after click.
2. If more than 5 WebPages of zameen is opened and if the system
gets stuck by any chance than the system will resume itself by 2 to
3 seconds.
Efficiency:

1. Website or especially the application shall satisfy the user needs


by opening the webpage in less than 1 second.
2. Website or application shall open and close by the user in less
than 1 seconds.
Maintainability:

1. If by any chance the website or the application crashes the


application will open itself automatically and the user will
continue his work, as user data will be stored on the zameen
servers.
2. After the installation if the user wants to install the application
again. The application will start from exactly where the user
left.
Portability:

1. Application shall run smoothly on android version more than 6.0.


2. RAM consumption on windows shall be 20 MB and on MAC is 10
MB, so on adding features to application RAM consumption
should not exceed to 4 MB on windows and 3 MB on MAC.
