PROCESS OUTLINE

After the chicken carcass passes the chilling process, the breast is removed from the carcass and deboned. The skin is removed from
the pieces. The breast is trimmed to remove cartilages and bones and after sized. The product is then salted and packed in a blue,
printed polybag. The box receive 1 product's identification label and 2 seal labels. The box are kept in storage room until dispatch.
