DCI Accumulators & Separators Guide

DCI Corporation offers accumulator configurations that vary by volume, internal diameter, maximum working pressure, end plug connection type, piston material, and body material. Their piston-type accumulators are designed for easy disassembly and cleaning and come in stainless steel by default but can have Hastelloy wetted parts. Product Description:
DCI’s piston-type accumulators/separators are offered in a range of sizes and configurations. They are designed with sealing end plugs that are retained by
a threaded retaining ring, allowing for easy disassembly and cleaning. These are ideal for protecting pumps from corrosive fluids, simultaneous multi-fluid
flow, buffers for varying inlet pressures, and much more. Standard accumulator material is high strength stainless steel, but can be specified with wetted
parts being Hastelloy for extra corrosion resistance. The standard piston material is Teflon but an optional non-galling metal pistons are also available. DCI
can also provide stands to mount accumulators if needed.
