complainant in the above-entitled case considering that there is already
a settlement of the civil aspect of the case and that private complainant
is no longer coordinating with the undersigned counsel.

WHEREFORE, the undersigned counsel respectfully prays that his


motion to withdraw his appearance be granted.

Other reliefs that are just and equitable under the premises are
likewise prayed for.
