acceptable to me in total and hence request you to process the final bill for release of
retention and effecting balance payments.

I / We hereby would also like to confirm that we do not have any dispute/claim whatsoever
of any nature on M/s Larsen & Toubro Limited, ECC Division against any work carried out
by me/us covered in the said work orders as per measurement recorded and accepted by
me/us including any debits/recovery made in the bills paid so far and in the final bill.

I / We also declare and confirm that we have paid to all the workmen engaged by me/us the
wages and other benefits including the terminal benefits, if any, to the workmen engaged by
me/us in terms of the applicable laws including the provident fund, to the extent applicable
to the workmen engaged in the work.

I / We hereby indemnify M/s Larsen & Toubro Limited- ECC Division of any liability and
dispute that may arise of any kind whatsoever in future if workmen engaged by me/us for
carrying out the above work approach to M/s Larsen & Toubro Limited or any statutory
authorities claiming non payment /under payment of wages/ benefits due to him/them. Such
cases, if arise, may be referred to me/us and I/We shall be completely liable for payment of
damages, if any arising out of this dispute.
