Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager .Cross Check every Merchandise coming at


Ware House with Proper Documents

Job Description :
Core
 Receives and verifies incoming materials, Number of
Cartons , PO number etc

 Need to Cross Check the Merchandise as Per PO and has


to Write MRP as per merchandise on Invoice

 Need to ensure that counts on all incoming and outgoing


products match paperwork ( Like Invoice / Challan / PO
etc)

 Need to Arrange Products in Racks for Barcoding Purpose


once tally as per invoice

 Communicates with: Purchase Team, Warehouse Manager


verbally regarding the status of invoice received in case of
discrepancy received like Short/excess / Mismatch /
Amount Difference etc

 Every Single product received at warehouse has to check


physically whether it is saleable condition or not. In case of
defective or damage immediately highlight to Vendor
present at warehouse and Purchase Team

 Maintains cleanliness and assists in the organization of the


warehouse

 If any Badli stock of vendor is ready for pick up handover


the stock to vendor by creating Challan with Help of
Manager

 Deliver stock at store and unload vehicles if required


**** Note :- Incase if Stock is not checked physically incase of Transport or other Vendor who is not
ready to wait till stock get checked …. Stamped on Invoice (Product is Subject to Check)

100% Accuracy in Checking Stock Match each product with invoice and PO error will affect KPI

Each and Every Single product has to check physically to identify defect or damage
100 % Physical Product Check

Delivered Badli Stock On every Thursday collect Badli stock and get delivered to local Vendors
