with the discussions on the subject, we furnish herewith our offer for preparation of civil design and drawings.
Our offer consists of scope of our work, time schedule, basis of our quote, exclusions from our scope of work,
and price & commercial terms and conditions.
Scope of the work: -
Following are the different stages of work for Residential Building at Hosadurga.
1. Design Development Stage 1(Preliminary stage)
As per the requirements of Client, Architectural drawings will be worked out and submitted to the client
based on:
• Number of floors required.
• Based on number of Flats required.
• Based on the services required like Staircase & Lift.
• Column sizes with respect to wall size satisfied to set back line/ Boundary line.
• Floor levels with respect to formation level.
• Other services like Transformer Yard/Rain water Harvesting/STP, etc.
2. Design Development Stage 2(Final stage)
After Final approval of architectural drawings,
• 3D Elevation of proposed project is issued to the client based on architecture plan with One or Two views.
• Recommendation of soil testing report (for high rise buildings/Loose soil/Pile Foundations) and based on
soil test report, the height of foundation with respect to ground level viz. it helps.
• Finalization of Shear wall/Retaining wall (if necessary) and Columns sizes based on architectural
requirement, for Structural design 3D Analysis of whole Structure is carried out using design software.
• Complete Structural frame approval from services requirement and cost effective measures.
• Type of foundation system based on soil at site condition and cost evaluation.

3. Execution Stage 1 (Execution stage)
A. Design Part
• Design Analysis of total Structural system and sizes of Slab, Beams, Columns and Shear wall(optional),
Grade of Concrete using at different levels.
• Designed as per Indian Standard satisfied to Design Codes.
• Earthquake Resistant design of Structure IS:1893-2016(In case of building more than 15m of Height).
• Indian Standard Code of practice for design loads IS:875(Part 3)-1982 with load Combinations.
• Indian Standard Code of practice for Plain& Reinforced concrete IS:456-2000.
• Wind Loads as per IS:875 (Part-3) 1987(In case of building more than 15m of Height).
B. Execution Part
• Issue of “Good for construction” drawings at different stages of work at site.
• Site Co-ordination meeting, will be attended to discuss any of the related issues & clarify the practical
problems for site Engineers.
• Periodical checking of quality of construction materials as well as quality of construction and quality of
work monitoring etc.
4. Fees Proposal
Our fees for the works depends on project to project basis and mutual understanding. We have hereby
mentioned the rate proposals for the project at Hosadurga. Quotation is considering for G+1 Floor (1450sq.ft
each).

This agreed fees may be paid in the following stages
▪ Stage 1: Advance before starting the Project work-₹8,000/-
▪ Stage 2: On issue of final working plan (all floors) for execution - ₹10,000/-
▪ Stage 3: On issue of 3D Elevation - ₹10,000/-
▪ Stage 4: On issue of final Foundation and Column detailed drawings up to Plinth level for execution on site
- ₹10,000/-
▪ Stage 5: On issue of Structural Drawings for Ground Floor Roof on site with Electrical & Plumbing drawings
on site- ₹ 10,000/-
▪ Stage 6: On issue of Structural Drawings for Terrace Floor on site with Electrical & Plumbing drawings on
site- ₹10,000/-
▪ Stage 7: On issue of all the related drawings on site- ₹ 9,000/-
Site visit Charges:
Site visit will be charged ₹2,500 for each visit which has to be paid at the time of visit.
