I expect to experience success in regards to the participation and sense of belonging within the
classroom environment, not only by the children, but their families as well. It may be challanging to
obtain certain families collaboration due to a lack of time or intrest, but it is important that we focus
on the childs well-being and sense of belonging within their own class.

meeting or not meeting your goals.

I may experience success by providing an environment to those that are involved that is safe,
friendly and promotes a sense of belonging and well-being. A challange I may face may include the
struggle of having to possibly report collegues, this can sometimes cause a strain on the relationship
and may be something that some individuals fear may impact their work.
