Ex: If you put ice under the sun, it melts.
Type 1: (possible condition) Câ u điều kiện loạ i 1 diễn tả sự việc, hiện tượ ng có thể xả y ra ở hiện tạ i

Type 3 (past unreal condition) Câ u điều kiện loạ i 3 khô ng có thự c trong quá khứ .
If S + had + V3, S + would/could/might have + V3.
Ex: - If I had known you were coming, I would have prepared more food.
- I didn’t phone you because I lost your phone number.
→I would have phoned you If I hadn’t lost your phone number
