TO : ATTY. ORLANDO PAOLO F. CASIMIRO

Quezon City

FROM : MR. DEXTER C. CARDENAS

Officer in Charge, TFTTM

SUBJECT : Request Assistance for TOO NILO BAGUIO

DATE : February 17, 2021

The undersigned will appreciate any courtesy you may extend to TOO NILO BAGUIO
pertaining to the case that he wanted to file against on EMMAN LAPINIG who allegedly made
allegation that he is selling gasoline from issued Gas P.O.

In January 25, 2020 this office received a letter from Quezon City Volunteer Against
Corruption regarding a complaint filed against TOO Baguio through social media flatform.
Screenshot of evidences where also attached in the said letter from Mr. John Paul Orate.

In line herewith, the office conducted its own investigation and found no convincing
evidence that would merit the said allegation. In fact, this office does not have any Gas P.O. as
to date. All our issued motor vehicles are running under fleet cards.

A dialogue was conducted last February 16, 2021 together with TOO Baguio and
representative from the Quezon City Volunteer Against Corruption to discuss the said
complaint. Over the years, we have taken measurable steps to continue to serve and protect
the constituents of this city with honesty and highest degree of integrity. Hence, baseless
accusation as such that would taint the reputation of our personnel and this office is never
tolerated. Hence, as agreed during the said dialogue, this matter be forwarded to your office
for assistance and filling of any legal action if deemed necessary.
Attached to this letter are documents necessary to the said complaint.
