Reflect on how does the technology affects you in the COVID-19 pandemic
situation where everyone is home quarantined.

During the COIVD-19 pandemic, technology helps me by being updated on


what is happening around me. It also helps now that I am in the online
class, because it makes my tasks easier, when I do not understand anything
on our topic, through technology I get more information and explanation so
that I can better understand the topics. As well as my income, technology
helps me to be able to sell online through Facebook. But technology also
has a bad effect on me, because we are home quarantine, we are always
focused on gadgets, it has a bad effect on my health.
