DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE


KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, INTOY CRUZ, of legal age, widow; Filipino citizen and a resident of


Marasbaras, Tacloban City, now and hereafter called the VENDOR, in consideration of
the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PhP1,400,000.00),
Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid by INDAY FUERTEZ, of legal age, Filipino
citizen, married to BADONG FUERTEZ with postal address at Tacloban City, now and
hereinafter called the VENDEE, do hereby SELL and CONVEY in a manner absolute
and irrevocable unto said INDAY FUERTEZ, her heirs and assigns that certain parcel of
land situated at Marasbaras, Tacloban City, and more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot 9-D, (BL) Psd-08-001524, approved as a


non-subdivision project, being a portion of Lot 9, (LRC) Pcs-9784, L.R.C.
Cadastral Record No. 1058), situated in the Barrio of Marasbaras, City of
Tacloban, Islandof Leyte, Bounded on the W, along points 1 to 2 by Lot 6;
on the N, points 2 to 3 by Lot 5 (Road), both of (LRC) Pcs-0784; on the
SE, points 3 to 4 by Lot 9-E (BL) Psd-08-001524; and on the SW, points 4
to 1 by Lot 7 (LRC) Pcs-9784, x x x containing an area of FIVE
HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN (557) SQUARE METERS more or less.”

of which I am the registered owner, my title thereto being evidenced by a Transfer


Certificate of Title No. T-20134 of the Registry of Deeds of the City of Tacloban issued
in her name.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto signed these presents at Tacloban


City, Philippines on this ________________.
