This document outlines the temperature control chart for molten metal processes at Punjab General Industries Private Limited. It provides tapping and lifting temperature ranges for transferring molten metal between various stages of production for different material categories based on carbon content. Temperatures are outlined for processes including transferring metal from induction furnaces to ladles, ladles to vacuum degassing, vacuum degassing to continuous casting machines, and more. Temperatures may vary within a specified range depending on the material category and process stage.
