2) ETA LETTER REF: ETABMRCL E&M-1/SC/536 dated 02/03/2021
Inspection request for GI pipe make M/s JINDAL is received at this office vide letter
under reference no.2 above is waived off due to travel restriction for Covid-19. The dispatch
clearance for the materials as indicated below is accorded herewith this letter with the
conditions thal,
1) Shall provide manufacturer test report and third party inspection shall be conducted at
site, if required. Contractor has to make necessary arrangements for the same al site.
2) Shall provide test reports of inspection/test performed by M/s ETA Engineering for all
the materials that are dispatched to site (sample for the same shall be from this
consignment only).
3) Approval is subject to condition that the materials will meet the technical and
functional requirements as per contract. Dispatch clearance is here with communicated and quantity of material as mentioned below
and shall be dispatched & delivered at site at the earliest.
