1. Open www.cgdme.co.in website and Click on MBBS and BDS 2020 – Online Application Portal.

2. MBBS and BDS Admission Year 2020 Login Page will be open in your computer screen, Then click on Online Application Form.

3. First process of General Information of Online application form will open in your computer screen. Enter all required
details carefully and tick on check box "Please check eligibility criteria in admission rules before proceeding " and " This
Mobile number & Email ID has been registered for all future Notifications Communication regarding the counseling" and
then Click on " Proceed " button. After that your Username and Password will be sent to your registered Mobile No. and
Email Id.
Note :- Mobile No. and E-mail Id cannot be changed after filling General Information of Online application form.

4. Again go to login page and select Student Login and enter your Username (i.e. your NEET Roll No ) and Password which is sent to
your registered Mobile No. and your Email Id, enter Captcha Code, select " I have read the admission rules 2018, Select " User Manual
Guide " and click Sign In.
Note:- Your Username is your NEET Roll No.

5. After login click on Payment button in your dashboard then click on Pay Now for payment of your online application form.

6. After successful payment , "Online Application form" menu becomes active and appears in your dashboard.

7. Click on Online Application Form. Enter all the required details carefully and upload scanned copy of all the required and relevant
documents. After completing your application form, tick on the check box and click NEXT & PREVIEW.
Note:- For uploading documents in image file format (i.e JPEG, PNG), the file size should not exceed 100 KB.

8. After clicking on NEXT & PREVIEW, check all the details carefully using Print Preview. If you want to make any changes /corrections,
click on online application form option again and correct your application form details before clicking OK. Once you click OK you
will not be able to make any changes in your online application form.
Note:- After checking all the details carefully click on OK to save your online application form and to proceed
further.

9. Once the online application form is saved , Choice Filling option will be active in your dashboard; then click on Choice Filling and
select colleges from the given list as per your preferences. Click on Save & Preview button to proceed further.

10. Verify your College preference's List before clicking "Do you want to lock all choice". Enter your password and click
Lock & Submit.
Use the same password which is used for login, to lock your choices.
If choices are not locked by the candidates, they will be locked automatically after the last date of
application.

11. Click on Print button to take a print out of your application form for future reference.

12. Click on College preference's List to take a print out of your locked choices for future reference.
