You should hire me because I am a fast learner and I have great active listening skills. I can do
multitasking tasks. And lastly because I will do whatever it takes to become the best asset to
your company. That is all

3. Why did you to work in our company?

I applied here to your Company because according to my research. Your Company has a very
competitive benefit package. Friendly work Environment and the company look after the
welfare of the employee. And Great Incentives and performance rewards. That is all!

5. What is your greatest strength?

My greatest strength is that I am very dedicated person. And also because I have no Call Center
Experience yet. I am so eager to work for your Company and I will always go for the extra mile,
perform really well and exceed your expectations. That is all!

My greatest weakness is that I am kind of person who do not say no if someone ask for a help.
That is all!

7. Why do you want work in a call center industry?

I want to work in a call center because it is a well paying job and everyone knows that and even
before I really want to have my career path in a BPO industry.

I’m aware of the stress, I’m aware of the graveyard shift and the irate customer as well as the
pure hard work necessary for this job and I am fully prepared.

I’m also motivated because I met a lot of call center agents whose lives changed for the better
because of this industry and they also improves their professional skills and experiences and I’d
like to be one of those agents.
