- Kate is the eldest daughter of Sita and Mark, she also has a young
sister named, Emily that would always annoy her every day. Kate
being the unsocial person that she is, ignores her sister along with her

ACTIVITY 3:

1. If you were Dina’s mother, how would you explain to her the kind of beliefs
the Muslims have and convince her to treat them politely?

- Clearly Dina doesn’t understand the difference between the beliefs of

Christians and Muslims. We can also see that Dina’s mother didn’t
properly discipline her daughter. If I were Dina’s mother, I will
explain to her the difference between the beliefs of Christianity and
other religions, including the Muslims. I will emphasize on the
teachings and traditions that each religion practice so Dina will have
an adept understanding on other religion. I will teach Dina how to be
respectful and kind despite of other people’s practices.

2. Do you think it is lawful that his father was being shot and killed?

- I don’t think it is necessary to kill someone just because they did

something illegal. Yes, the law permitted our law enforcers to kill
but, I think they should always be settled without bloodshed.

What do you think will be best for Henry and his siblings?

- It is safer for Henry and his siblings to be in social workers' care in

order to cater for their basic needs and to provide them with
education.

Will they still live a normal life? How?

- I don’t think so, after what happened to their parents, they probably
got traumatized, but if they continue their studies they might turn
things around and live a normal life away from illegal things.

3. What do you think would Gina do to help Monica?

- A lot of teenagers are social media addicts, more than half of the
teenage population own some type of electronic device. With this
technology, most teenagers can see what is happening in the world.
Along with having this accessibility, it also allows them to log on to
social media apps and become addicts. If I were Gina, I would let
Monica know the negative effects social media and convince her to go
outside and experience the extraordinary feeling of talking to real
people.

Do you believe that social media help strengthen people’s relationship with
other?

- Social media offers a lot of ways to communicate with various types

of people and yes, it really helps strengthen people’s relationship with
others, but the down side is that you will never know who is real or
not. I believe that with proper use of social media, we can build life
lasting relationship with anyone.
