I. RATIONALE:
DepEd Order No. 47 s. 2014 entitled Constitution and By-Laws of the
Supreme Pupil Government and Supreme Student Government in Elementary
and Secondary School states that the Department of Education recognizes the
significant role and contribution of the Supreme Government in the school.
Thus, providing leadership training will empower the Teacher-Advisers and
Student Leaders for good governance in the school community.
In line with the Regional Memorandum No. 384 entitled “PAGHUBOG –
PAGSIBOL: Division Student Government Teacher-Advisers Training
Program and School Based Club and Organization Training Program” ,
Manggahan Elementary School shall conduct the said training to all Teacher-
Advisers and Student Leaders to heighten leadership skills among the
participants.
In this conjunction, the proponents will conduct a virtual leadership training to
be attended by the Teacher-Advisers and Student Government officers on
March 15, 2021 at 1:00 in the afternoon via Google Meet.
II. OBJECTIVES
The main objectives of training are as follows:
1. to orient the student leaders on the leadership skills that will help them to
accomplish the tasks given on the respective organizations;
2. to inform the student leaders the significant roles and responsibility of Student
Government in the school community; and
3. to provide knowledge on the qualities of an effective Student Government
Advisers for good governance.
III. TRAINING METHODOLOGY:
Google Meet for the virtual training
IV. EXPECTED OUTPUT OF THE TRAINING:
1. oriented student leaders on the leadership skills that would help them to
accomplish the tasks given on the respective organizations;
2. informed student leaders on the importance of Student Government in the
school community; and
3. oriented Teacher-Advisers on the qualities of an effective Student Government
Advisers .

Gathers screenshots of the online activity.
Records the number of viewers, likes, and shares of the activity.
Downloads the recording of the activity to be included in the google drive of
Youth Formation.
7. The Registration
Provides online registration link for all the participants.
Keeps the complete records of attendance of the participants.
8. Quality Assurance, Technical Assistance, Monitoring and Evaluation
(QATAME)
Ensures that Quality Assurance standards and regulations are met by the
organizing committee in the conduct of the online activity.
Consolidates feedback/evaluation and submit quality assurance report of
the online activity.
Creates google form for easy access to evaluation of the online activity.
