JUDICIARY

To look after the human rights, to uphold the rule of law within the society, judiciary is an important
organ of modern state mechanism.

If we can see strong evidences we can identify as cognizable.

If we are unsure of how things happened then it is non-cognizable.

State is the prosecutor of the criminal cases because state is a contract to safeguard its own citizens.

Civil law punishment is usually monetary

Constitutional law laws which are derived from the interpretation of the constitution laws and from the
jurisdiction of the supreme court of a specific country, laws which are not formulated thru the
legislature. It is not static

Administrative law unfair and deceptive acts within commerce, deals with labour related issues

Intl Law

Common law is common sense. No codification.

Code law is codified –crime is defined.
