Request For Sound System

The Bureau of Fire Protection in Pateros is requesting logistical support from the Mayor of Pateros for a Fun Run event to promote fire safety. They are requesting to use the quadrangle area of the Municipal Hall as the starting point and hosting area for the event scheduled for March 18, 2017. Additionally, they are requesting to borrow 3 tables, 12 chairs, and use of the sound system to help facilitate a livelier event aimed at increasing community awareness of fire prevention.

SUBJECT : Request for Logistical Support

DATE : 13 February 2017

[Link] Bureau of Fire Protection of Pateros in its campaign for a Fire Safe
Nation will conduct a Fun Run Activity on 18 March 2017 in order to increase
community awareness and develop cooperation among people in fighting destructive
fires. The event is entitled Run for Fun having the theme of “Buhay at Ari-arian ay
Pahalagahan, Ibayong Pag-iingat sa Sunog ay sa Sariling Pamamahay Simulan.”

2. Pateros Fire would like to utilize the quadrangle area of the Municipal Hall of
Pateros as the starting point and hosting area for the said event. In addition, we would
like to borrow 3 tables and 12 mono-block chairs to be used by personnel who will
record data and monitor registration. Furthermore, we would like ask assistance to allow
us to use your Sound System to facilitate a livelier and fun activity.
