AFFIDAVIT

I, BELMAR AGA-AB BINONDO, married, of legal age, Filipino, and resident of


San Antonio, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, hereby state and declare that:

1. I am one of the surviving heir of the late FRANCISCA BANQUERIGO


AGA-AB;

2. After the demise of FRANCISCA BANQUERIGO AGA-AB she was


survived by her three (3) children, namely: RAFFY AGA-AB RAMIREZ, SHIRLEY AGA-
AB KIM, and BELMAR AGA-AB BINONDO, I am one of them;

3. That my brother RAFFY AGA-AB RAMIREZ, was not registered with


the National Statistic Office, as he was given a Negative Certification of Birth
but I know for a fact that he is my brother being a child of the late FRANCISCA
BANQUERIGO AGA-AB;

4. I am executing this affidavit in order to establish all of the foregoing


facts, and in order to establish that RAFFY AGA-AB RAMIREZ is my brother and a
child of FRANCISCA BANQUERIGO AGA-AB;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 25th day of


September in Sibulan, Negros Oriental, Philippines.
