Moral 2

Humans are the agents of morality, called to live a loving life in community with God, making moral choices that can be evaluated as good or evil. Created in God's image, humans possess dignity and the ability to form a covenant with Him, which involves caring for creation and spreading love. Despite the separation caused by sin, individuals are encouraged to pursue authentic freedom and moral living to foster peace and harmony in society.

The Agent of Morality is us, humans.

A Moral life is simply the call to become loving persons, in

the fullness of life with others in community before God. It is ability to decide on our acts of
moral towards God and human.  Freedom makes man a moral subject. When he acts
deliberately, man is, so to speak, the father of his acts. Human acts, that is, acts that are freely
chosen in consequence of a judgment of conscience, can be morally evaluated. They are either
good or evil.  “Freedom makes man a moral subject. When he acts deliberately, man is, so to
speak, the father of his acts. Human acts, that is, acts that are freely chosen in consequence of
a judgment of conscience, can be morally evaluated. They are either good or evil. Freedom
makes man a moral subject. When he acts deliberately, man is, so to speak, the father of his
acts. Human acts, that is, acts that are freely chosen in consequence of a judgment of
conscience, can be morally evaluated. They are either good or evil.” (CCC 1749) All moral duties
leads to a man’s purpose within society.

A Creation God favored throughout the centuries. Created in His own image and likeness,
“Man occupies a unique place in creation: (I) he is "in the image of God"; (II) in his
own nature he unites the spiritual and material worlds” (CCC 355) He is "the only
creature on earth that God has willed for its own sake". We are called to share, by
love and knowledge, God’s own llife. Being in the image of God means we posses
Human Dignity. We are capable of self-knowledge, of self-possession and of freely
giving himself and entering into communion with other persons. Man is gracefully
called by God to a covenant with Him, harmoniously offering Him our Faith and love
that only we can give in His stead.

Man is called to moral life to fulfill its purpose of caring for creation in relation to its
covenant with God. Though sin separates us from Him resulting to immoral acts
towards ourselves and others, we must strive to do His bidding to spread His love
across the world. We were meant to do Good for we’ve been created good. We were
given Freedom, Authentic Freedom, to liberate our selves from sin, and
transgression. It is through our conscience which will give silence to out minds. We
must care about our morality to bring balance upon societies, instilling peace among
us all and harmony with our creator.
