Job Responsibility :

 Marking and checking of column axis and footings.


 Direct Supervision and Coordinate the work in Accordance to the Specifications, drawings, method statement
and time schedule.
 Site Supervising of all civil works from start to finishing stage.
 Check Setting out the foundation and Columns positions and continue the work as per the detail drawings and
scheduled with Inspection by related Consultant.
 Calculate bill of quantity of the civil works (BOQ) – Concrete, block, Tiles, Plaster Etc..
 Execute the works at site as per Drawing and Specification.
 Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements;
sequencing project elements.
 Execute and checking of the all R.C.C Works (Foundation, Beam, Columns, Slab Etc…)
 Resolving design and development problems.
 Responsible for Preparation Submittals for all Materials, Subcontractors and Get Approve by Related
Consultant.
 Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all civil work at site.
 Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
 Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries.
 Submission of programs and Preparation of progress report daily & monthly.

 Software : Auto Cad, MS Office 2010,2015 & Internet


 Operating System : Windows 7, Vista, XP & 98
 Other Skills : Typing speed of more than 45wpm.(English)
