The researcher chose four (4) methods to collect data:

A questionnaire is a set of printed or written questions with a choice of answers, devised for the
purposes of a survey or statistical study. An advantage of questionnaire is that it can be carried
out by the researcher or by any number of people. A disadvantage is that there is no way to tell
how truthful a respondent is being

An interview is a meeting of people face to face, especially for consultation. An advantage is


that it provides flexibility to the interviewers. A disadvantage is, conducting interview studies can
be very costly as well as very time-consuming.

The internet is a global computer network providing a variety of information and communication
facilities. An advantage is its ability to connect billions of computers and devices to each other.
A disadvantage is that it causes distractions.

A text book is used as a standard work for the study of a particular subject. An advantage is that
it provides organized units of work. A disadvantage is that it does not have all the answers to all
the questions.

This survey is being conducted in Belvedere Village to investigate how Covid 19
affects businesses and consumers in your community. The name of the researcher is Gena Ally,
she is a student of the New Amsterdam Secondary School. The researcher is conducting a survey
to collect data from both business and consumers for her Principles Of Business School Based
Assessment.
In this Questionnaire there are two sections; Section A and Section B, if you are a business
owner answer section A only and if you are a consumer answer section B only. You are required
