AUDIO PREPARATION TIME
We need 1 hour preparation time before change over time. The risers and all backline that
you provide must be exclusive for SEVDALIZA from beginning of the preparation time until
end of our show.
For preparation we need: - all microphones
- microphone stands
- XLR cables
- substages
- power cables
- power in the preparation area
- worklight in the preparation area For open air shows the preparation area must be water
protected with a roof and side walls.
Please make sure that we can load our show files in your consoles, if you want that we
work on your festival file please send it to us min. 3 days before the show.

LIGHTS & VIDEO
Our Light Operator and Video Operator is one person. So make sure all the connections for
lights and video are next to each other. At all times assistance for lights & video is
required.
Lights
We will be bringing our own lightdesk. This is an Avolites Titan Mobile Desk.
Since this is an mobile desk with just 4 physical outputs, let us know in advance if
there are more than 4 universes.
You have to provide:
• Maximum of physical 4 DMX Lines.
• Ethernet connection for ArtNet in case of multiple universes.
• Standing desk space of 150 cm in width, 100cm in depth and 115 centimeter in height.
• Power with Schuko plugs 230V /10A
• DMX Patch List
• Stage design
Video
Our operator uses a Macbook Pro with either DVI,HDMI or VGA Output. If projection
mapping is required, say so in advance.
You have to provide:
• All single connections to Macbook Pro, either DVI, HDMI or VGA.
• Standing desk space of 150 cm in width, 100cm in depth and 115 centimeter in height
• Video Output Resolutions
• Stage Design
Multi projection
In case of multiple connections, please let us know. Our operator has a TripleHead2Go
Digital Edition. All connections must be DVI.

HOSPITALITY
Dressing Room
At least 2 PRIVATE LOCKABLE spaces that can hold 8 people in total.

Backstage area is for artists + crew only. No press and/or photographers allowed
backstage.
Venue
Please provide 2 stagehands for load in / load out. Please reserve 120 minutes for set up &
soundcheck Professional, English speaking technicians must be present in case any
assistance is needed during soundcheck and show.
Required Stage Dimensions
We require the following stage dimensions (effective space) Stage 10m x 5m x 1.20m
Security
Please provide security escort for Sevda (and the band) before and after the show.
Internals
Please note all ground transportation must be private, no shared rides allowed. Sevda has
a separate (private!) pick-up available at all times. All ground transportation must be
done in premium car with professional driver. Artist + crew must enter / leave venue via
private backstage entrance at all times.

Wifi
We require a High-Speed wireless internet connection. Password to made available to
tourmanager upon arrival.
Hotel
5 star hotel which must be approved by advancing manager. Hotel must have a gym.
Please make sure all rooms have wifi, breakfast and incidentals included. If required (early)
check in upon arrival and/or late check out.
Lunch/Dinner/Diet
Healthy lunch (sandwiches and/or salads, please note dietary preferences below).
Available at venue at load in / get in. Healthy dinner (no fast food) for full crew or dinner
buy-out of EUR 25,- per crew member.
Restaurant must be within 15 minutes of hotel / venue. Restaurant must have vegetarian
options, vegan-friendly options and chicken filet. Some of the crew members have
allergies. Contact advancing manager for more details.
Allergy for: nuts, eggs, onion, soy, milk, sugar, sweet peppers, cabbage, garlic,
spinach, spicy herbs, chocolate.
No dinners with promoter, venue staff, press and/or photographers.

Gaffer tape to secure the flowers on mic stand. We will secure the flowers ourselves (we

The artists must have direct access to stage from backstage area. In case artists have to
walk through and / or cross the audience they must be guided by sufficient security guards
at all times.
The promoter and/or venue will provide at least one person for security who will oversee
the stage before, during and after performance.
