execution / completion of any educational / regular purchase order to be
placed by any of WAPDA formations / DISCOs etc., and the terms and
conditions which may be assigned by the Chief Executive Officer, LESCO Limited,
Lahore / Chief Engineer (P&D) PEPCO, Lahore from time to time. However, LESC
may cancel your Prequalification and initiate action for blacklisting of your firm if you
are found deficient in manufacturing machinery, equipment, manpower or finances
and if your performance regarding progress / quality of material, conduct etc is
found unsatisfactory / lacking and if any violation of purchase procedure / tenger vid
conditions is committed. b de
