Dear Sir/Madam
I Setia Nita, is the student of Indonesia. I am currently living in Indonesia because I am stuck here due
to travel restrictions. But I want to continue my study in Australia so I have explained in this SOP
why I chose Australia and why the course Leadership and Management.
About the course that I Am currently doing
Despite completing the human resources course, To make my plan come true for my next step I chose
to study Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management to strengthen my knowledge in this field.
Human resources involve special knowledge of employment laws, employee contracts, and change
management, when it comes to it, it's all about people. Having insight into what motivates people,
their values and attitudes toward work and management can all help me design and implement the
most effective workplace system. Getting the right people into the business, training them and
ensuring smooth communication and relationships all have a major impact on the company's success .
After finish my previous study in Certificate and Diploma in Human Resources in December 2020 I
decide to continue my study in this field which is Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management.
If I get those things right, it will create an organization, where qualified people want to work. To be a
Human Resources Professional during my courses, I will learn the methods of recruitment and
training, create new communication channels, implementing the strategy of incentives to encourage
good performance, facilitate close working relationships across the business, and improve
productivity and provocation by ensuring staff welfare. In other words, I can make a real difference.
Since I have already completed the course of human resources, I have understood the required
knowledges on human resources, but I still lack the knowledge on how to lead them and manage
them. It is really necessary to know about the leading and managing the employees so that only I will
be able to work on organisations as lead management. If I have knowledge on the leading and
management then I will get a job on high position. My salary will be high as well. So it is really
necessary to study this course.
Reason to choose study in Australia

can enjoy the beauty of way of living of globe and learn to deal with people from different
backgrounds. It is well known for its education system where theoretical and practical learning are
equally prioritized. It is a safe and stable country with the provision of post study work and ESOS act.
The language “English” is familiar to me, so I do not have to learn any other language for my studies
and stay. Learning in this environment will polish my English communication skills which is one of
the most important requirements of globalization. The climatic condition is more likely to my country
and I can adopt with the environment.
I decided to continue in Australia as a separate form that offers a high quality program, Australia is
very friendly to international students and provides a friendly and multicultural community with
populations from around 200 countries. Australians have a reputation as the most friendly in the
world, and Australian cities are safe and clean, with low crime rates. Some of the benefits of living in
a multicultural society include extraordinary culinary offerings, international public celebrations and
opportunities for learning different languages. I am always interested in getting to know and work
with people and this attraction started in High School and then continued my undergraduate studies in
Indonesia where I have completed a Bachelor of Law Science and then I decided to use my career
opportunities and improve my English.
And since I already have studied in Australia, I have adapted with the education system of Australia. I
am well known with the environment of the Australia and I prefer Australia among other countries.
Reason for selecting the education provider
