Product

Coffee Drips’ product strategy is based on who and what the customers want and will
expect on the product. Based on the results in the survey, the population in Malayan Colleges
stated that they want more variety of coffee places to choose from with other varieties that are on
campus area. Coffee Drips will be promoting coffee drinks around the world for customers be
more globally aware and give a “wow-ing” effect in which every customer will come back.

Coffee Drips also added Monthly Specials in their Menu as it will be the waiting-game
effect in which customers will have the opportunity to taste limited edition food or drinks every
month. Taho is added because 50 out of the 100 respondents from the survey stated that they are
interested and would want to have taho added in the menu which indicates a high demand in this
product.

Coffee Drip to promote the reduce usage of plastic. Brown paper cups is suitable with the Logo
itself that’s why brown is chosen.
