The project is on Aisha steel mills ltd. In this project we will consider the risks and the
management of these risks, which are facing by the Aisha steel mills. Problems are higlighted and
their suggestions are given by risk management point of view. This mill is developed and has high
technology. Aisha steel mill have their vision, mission and also a corporate strategy for being
better than its competitors like Agha steel and Islamabad Steel etc, it has a net profit margin rate

operational and financial risk and have been discussed in this report.

Company overview:

Aisha Steel Mills Limited (ASML) is a Group Company of Arif Habib. This company was incorporated in 2005. Its
products are HDGC/S (Hot Dipped Galvanized Sheets/coil), Cold rolled steel coils, and CRC (Cold rolled coils).
This is company is located near port Qasim Karachi. Which is very suitable place for export the production in
around the world? This company is manufacturing at large scale and support Pakistan’s Economy. This

company produce almost capacity of 700,000 metric tons per year of the HDGC/S and CRC. ASML has large
private investment in the flat-rolled steel industry in Pakistan.
