 MLM Texting Scripts
Thanks for checking out my MLM Texting Scripts. This is sometimes referred to as
my Copy & Paste system.
These are the scripts I use with my own team. You can use these texting scripts “as
is” or change a few words to make them relevant to your opportunity or
personality.
What you see below are example text messages you can send to your warm
market or cold market prospects. Pick the message that is MOST RELEVANT to the
person you are talking with. Don’t use the same message with everyone.
If the person responds favorably, send the response I have provided for each text.
It’s that simple.

Why Texting?
• Most people do not answer their phones anymore, but everyone looks at
their texts.
• A text isn’t intrusive like an unexpected phone call.
• Texting is widely accepted and almost everyone does it.
• Most new reps are scared to call people, but anyone will text someone.
• Texting does not require any special skills, and there is no learning curve.

Product or Business Approach

You can choose a product or business approach when using texting. Neither is
better. Neither is right or wrong. Pick the one you are most comfortable with. I
personally only use the business approach because I always lead with the
business.

Product Texts/Messages
Here are some example product related texts.

# 1: Would you like to try the world’s best cup of coffee?

If they respond favorably, say this: This NOVA coffee is the best tasting coffee I
have ever tried. Here is a link to learn more about it. If you like what you see, I can
send you a $25 gift card to try some. YOUR LINK HERE.

# 2: Would you like a $25 gift card to try out some amazing health and wellness
products for free (you just pay tax and shipping)?

If they respond favorably, say this: Thanks. Here is a link to my store and here is
your gift card code. Shop around and if you have questions, just ask. The gift card
is good for 48-hours. YOUR LINK AND GIFT CARD CODE HERE.

# 3: Do you know anyone who takes vitamins or supplements?

If they respond favorably, say this: Could you pass this information on to them?
Our company offers natural and organic supplements. I can offer them a gift card
to save $25 on their first purchase. YOUR LINK HERE.

# 4: I’m looking for product testers. Would you mind helping me out?

If they respond favorably, say this: Here is a link to my store along with a $25 gift
card. If you could order a couple samples and give me your feedback on them, I

# 5: If I sent you a $25 gift card that gives you $25 off a $25 purchase from my
new online health and wellness store, would you do me a favor and make a one-

If they respond favorably, say this: Here is a brief overview of what we do. If you

If they respond favorably, say this: This short video explains what I do. After you

Are you keeping your options open or are you locked into what you are currently

# 10: I’m sure you’re happy with your career but do you know anyone who would
like to earn an extra $2,500 to $5,000 per month?

Who Should You Text?
It’s always best to start with your warm market. I know that sounds boring and
dull, but you know a LOT of people. Start with your name’s list, which should be at
least 1,000 names. With these folks, I would suggest using the product approach.

Once you work through your name’s list, you can buy leads online.

Negative Responses
If someone responds negatively to one of your texts or asks “how did you get my
number?” just apologize and move on. Always be polite. I just say this:

“Sorry to bother you. You won’t hear from me again. I got your info online from a
lead source I use.”

Tips for Success

My best tips for success with texting are the following FOUR things:

1. Text at least 10-20 people daily

2. Track your results
3. Follow Up
4. Teach it to your team

10 is a good number. If you text 10 people per day, five days per week, that is 200
exposures per month. That’s more exposures than most network marketers make
in their entire career. 20 per day is much better than 10, because you will make
400 exposures per month.

The next thing you must do is track your results. Keep a spreadsheet or list of
everyone you’ve texted, who responded, who watched a presentation, and who
bought a product or became a rep. This will let you know your conversions. Plus,
it will let you know who to follow up with.

Next, you must follow up with people. Don’t expect to just text somene one time
and have them join. The average person needs 7 to 20 follow ups before they buy
or join.

Finally, teach this to your team. The average new rep is scared to death to call
people, but just about everyone feels comfortable texting someone. That’s why it
works.

Think how fast your team could grow if hundreds of people were each texting 10
to 20 people per day!

Texting Services
There are services online that let you do bulk texting, but I suggest you start by
using your phone. If you are interested in a texting service, just search Google®
for “bulk texting service” or “automated texting service” and you will find several
good options.
