• September 2017- February 2020: Mechanical Supervisor at ARKAD-ABB; NAWARA GAS


TREATMENT PLANT, TUNISIA

• Review Project documentation: Basis Design, mechanical data sheets, Mechanical supply
specification, P&ID, Equipment list.

• Interface with sub-contractor and Company representatives for problem solving and
resolution of project issues

• Interface with other discipline (piping, instrumentation, electrical, civil, HSE) in activities
related to project basis of design and detailed Engineering issues

• Responsible for mechanical equipment and scaffolds tagging

• Supervise the activities of insulation of Turbine stack, silencer, tanks and piping and ensure
it respect the design specification

• Supervise the Sub-contactor’s erection activities of rotating equipment such as air coolers
and turbo-compressor

• Review, approve all letters and construction documents(Daily, Weekly, Monthly


report, Work Order, Method Statement, Material Approval Request, Work Permit, Letter,
etc.) from/to subcontractor.

• Flow up the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of one turbo-generator


SGT100-1s and four Turbo-compressors SIEMENS SGT100 and SGT 400: Pre-alignment
and alignment of the compressor, cleaning filter house, lube oil flushing, installation
coupling and coupling guard, performing the mechanical test run.

• January 2016- June 2017: Mechanical Supervisor at PET CRYSTAL INDUSTRIES, TUNISIA

• Ensure proper coordination with Sub-contractor, vendors and Company staff

• Supervise and ensure safe condition at construction site in cooperation with safety
department.

• Flow up the erection of the structure, platforms, piping and equipment end ensure the
achievement respect the target date

• Supervise the preservation activities of the equipment


• Involved in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities regarding rotating equipment:
leveling checking, first and final alignment checking, electric motors start up (direction of
rotation, vibration, bearing casing temperature checking)

• Involved in pre-commissioning and commissioning of hot oil system: piping blowing,


reinstatement, leak test, and check safety valve setting then cold circulation of oil to
clean the pipe and start up the heater

• February -June 2014: END of studies Project ,Pro-Engineering, TUNISIA

• Study and design a Diesel storage tank according API 650

• June-July 2013: Engineer trainer , Tunisian Company of Electricity and Gas , Ghannouche Power

• Calculation the performance of turbine ALSTOM GT26 and ameliorate its performance
