REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5155 - AN ACT CONSTITUTING THE FIFTH
REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT OF THE PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN INTO A
SEPARATE HIGHWAY ENGINEERING DISTRICT

Section 1. Any provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, the fifth representative district of
the Province of Pangasinan is hereby constituted into a separate highway engineering district
which shall hereafter be known as the Second Highway Engineering District of the Province of
Pangasinan. The office of the second highway engineering district shall be established in the
Municipality of Tayug of said province.

Sec. 2. The second highway engineering district shall have a highway district engineer who shall
have the qualification of a Supervising Civil Engineer I, and such other personnel who shall be
appointed in accordance with existing laws and regulations.

Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Enacted without Executive approval, June 17, 1967.
