WHEREAS donor is the absolute owner of Property measuring 1200 Sq Ft,


situated at No 13, Prakruthi Layout, Kalyan nagar post, Hennur, Bengaluru 560

043 by virtue of Sale Deed registered as document no.BLN-1-16752-2004-05 in
Book No I, CD No.BLND28 dated 12-07-2004, in the office of Sub-Registrar,
Bengaluru North Taluk, Bengaluru, (hereinafter called the said property)

WHEREAS the Donor became the absolute owner of Scheduled Property, BBMP
khatha PID No: 142/57/13 stands in the name of Mrs. G Kodainayaki and also
have paid property Tax up-to-date and is free from all the encumbrances. That the
donor is absolute owner and possessor of a house situated at No 13, Prakruthi
Layout, Kalyan nagar post, Hennur, Bengaluru 560 043.

AND the Donor doth hereby covenants with the Donees

1. WHEREAS the DONEE is related to the Donor as Mother. The Donor Mrs.
G Kodainayaki is the absolute owner of an immovable property consisting of land
and a building there on situate at No 13, Prakruthi Layout, Kalyan nagar post,
Hennur, Bengaluru 560 043 and more particularly described in the Schedule
hereunder written.

2. The Donor intends to make a gift of the said scheduled property and the house
thereon to her daughter in consideration of the love and affection which the donor
has for the donee Mrs.......... WHEREAS the DONEE has agreed to accept the
gift as is evidenced by her executing these presents.

3. The possession of the said house has already been delivered to the Donee. The
Donor wishes, in future if need be property can be divided only among themselves
equally for the better, individual and for peaceful living after my demise.

4. The Donee shall look after my food, accommodation and all my medical
expenses until my demise.

5. And this covenant witnessed that in pursuance of this wish and desire the Donor
has renounced his rights and title in the schedule property mentioned below and
gifted it to the Donee, who are hereinafter absolute owner and possessor of the said
schedule property free from all encumbrances. Now onwards the Donee shall hold
it for their sole use and occupation unconditionally forever.

6. AND FURTHER this decision of gifting the property only to Mrs.......... and
NOT TO ................ is taken in consultation with all my ........ children. Along with
donee and my other..... children also will put their signature as a consenting parties.

All that piece and parcel of the Immoveable Property bearing site No.13, portion of
assessment No.57 in Khata No.142, situated at Hennur Village, Kasaba Hobli,
Bengaluru North Taluk, now coming under the Jurisdiction of Bruhat Bengaluru
Mahanagara Palike, Bengaluru, No.13 Hennur, Prakruthi Layout, Kalyan Nagar
post, Hennur, Bengaluru-560 043, Ward No.24, PID No. 142/57/13, measuring
East-to west 40 feet, North to South 30 Feet, totally measuring 1,200 Sq.ft., and
bounded on the:-
