Dear Sachin
This is to your kind notice, as we had applied for Bangur Cement dealership in Jamkhandi, as per company
policy we had submitted all applicable documents and Rs 1,00,000.00 in the form of Demand Draft in the
month of October 2020. Soon after applying we had informed that due to some issues we are unable to continue
this business and also requested for cancellation of this dealership. But in return we got reply in the month of
November that we have to give again some documents to close this dealership and documents mentioned by
you and your representative were letterhead and copy of Demand draft which we were submitted during
appointment of agency (I hope company will maintain all record during appointment, if so why again these
copies were asked after one month). Same things were forwarded to mail on 11 th Nov 2020 and hard copies
were kept ready by waiting for your representative. Again in first week of December we met in Jamkhandi and
asked to submit the account statement also to close the dealership (again having doubt that will company
maintain a proper record of transactions? If yes, then why this statement copy required?

Anyways, submitting documents as per your requirements again. Details are as follows
1) Copy of DD No 527983 Dated Rs.01/10/2020 Rs.1,00,000.00
2) This Letter in letterpad
3) Copy of Account Statement showing transaction with Bangur Cement.

Hope at least this procedure will satisfy your needs to cancel the dealership and amount will be credited back to
our firm account. Mentioning that also by considering that company will not have our firm account details also.
