I, EVELYN U. SALANGSANG, widow, Filipino, of legal age and with residence at


514 Dr. Sixto Avenue, Pasig City do hereby appoint, name and constitute
______________________, of legal age, Filipino, and with office address at 40 R. Jabson
St., Bambang, Pasig City, to be my true and lawful attorney- in fact, for me and in my
name, place and stead, and for my own use and benefit, to do or perform all or any of the
following acts and things to wit.

1. To request and receive the Transmittal and/or any document from the Land
Registration Authority in relation for my application of Title for the parcel of land
in the name of my deceased husband, JAIME M. SALANGSANG with Tax
Declaration No. E-013-18537.

2. To request and receive from the Register of Deeds the Title issued for the
above-described parcel of land.

3. To sign papers, execute any documents and deliver contracts, documents,


agreements and other writings of whatever nature or kind necessary for the
issuance of the new Title.

4. To make payments of taxes to all government agencies due to the above-


described issuance.

5. To do and perform all and every act and thing which maybe requisite necessary
or proper to carry out the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said attorney full power and authority
whatever requisite or necessary to be done, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might
could lawfully do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that said attorney-
in fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
