People involved in the project and their tasks

Systems Analyst

 Basically, its role is to analyze the problem, which is the canteen system
and make a design out of the solution you get from the problem. Also,
implement the solutions and improve what is necessary in the system.
 Analyzes the overall flow of business transactions of the canteen. It
analyzes the problem which the system may encountered and formulate a
design to create a solution to the problem.

UI Designer

 Its task is to create and design a user-friendly interface for the canteen
system.

Project Manager

 The one who leads and know the flow of the system and manages the
necessary actions to be applied in the system.

Database Administrator

 Its task is to plan for the capacity of the data to be stored about the orders,
transactions, recipes, ingredients and quantity of products. It also includes
configuration if there is a trouble in database. Monitoring and securing data.
Lastly, backup and recovery if something went wrong in the database.
 It manages the data stored in the database and securing the integrity and
reliability of the data being manipulated.

System Programmer

 Its task is to create software that can support daily business activities. And,
to make the work of the canteen staffs efficient and less hassle.
 They create a program that can support each user’s functions and daily
business activities dynamically and efficiently.
